The program has stopped working. It will not load up. Have tried reinstalling but still nothing

Mac or Windows and exactly which version of the operating system?

You've provided nothing about what is happening so nobody can even guess what to suggest.   It it was working, you have to assume something changed with your computer system.  Without knowing more, I will guess that a routine operating system update also updated, or changed, video drivers.  Brand new video drivers can conflict with programs that preceded them.   You may have to 'roll back' your video driver.
