Premiere Elements 2018 scores

I've just spend an excruciating hour both waiting and trying to talk to support in India.
Adobe - don't make the users regret choosing your products.

So I loaded the demo, liked what I saw and bought it.

After installation I only had 20 musical scores - not the advertised 50+.
Essentially support is "oh well..."
I was told there's no additional scores available and no way to add any, nor any way to install from the media.Wow.  A product for creatives with so many limits.

So heres a few questions I hope folks can help with:

Score format
Score location on disk
Adding scores
Reinstalling scores without the tedious process of uninstalling, and reinstalling the entire product with fingers crossed.

Thanks!

    Reinstall is a good idea.

The blue band actually indicates that the placeholders are there but that they have NOT yet been downloaded.

As I show you in my books, you can right-click on one Scores theme and select Download All to download the entire set.

Ok - right clicking got me nothing.  I'm going to try reinstalling later on.  Something is hosed.

You can see if downloading from here works:

    Download Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

No point in threatening Adobe here, RP. This is a user to user forum.

Scores includes 50 musical themes in 7 categories. If you do not see them, then the program did not properly install.

Did you download the program from Adobe.com or did you get it from another source? (App Store downloads are notoriously buggy.)

You get the entire Scores package free with the program. There is no way to add additional Scores themes.

Where the Scores files are located depends on what operating system you're using. The program installs with placeholders for your Scores and then downloads each file as you select it. (You also have the option of installing all at once.)

On Windows 10, the Score files are located in ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere Elements/16.0/Online/Music Score/All_Lang.

You and I have vastly different definitions of "threaten".

In fact my chat transcript shows I was on line with Adobe support for 1.5 hours.  This forum IS part of Adobe support.  One would hope they do a little more than provide a place to vent and try to obtain real help which is apparently unavailable in any meaningful fashion via chat or phone.

    Anyway -

I did find the scores.  Some genres are missing and some are simply missing content. This is of an actual installation DVD - no downloads were harmed in this installation. I'm not sure of your statement that I have an option to download all at once.  All the songs have a blue band which I understand to mean they have been downloaded and are present.

I guess my only option is to un/re install to see if they appear.
