Premiere Elements 2018 to install 32 bit vs 64 bit

I have an installation file from 2018 which is 32 bit. Now I want to install it on my new MacBook.

Now I get the error message that I need a 64 bit install version.

Does this 64 bit version exist or do I have to buy a new license?

You will have to buy a new version as in 2023.

v18 is no longer available.
