I just installed Premiere Elements 2018 trial, and when I tried to get media from camcorder it does'nt recognize any devices. is there a limitation in the trial version?

    That is not a limitation of the trial.

    What model of camcorder is it and how is it connected to your computer? What operating system do you have?

    What steps did you take to get the media from the camcorder?
