Premiere ELements 2019 exorting video file to Facebook

good afternoon,

I’m struggling on how to export the video file in HD to Facebook. When I use presets HD1080 or 720 the file is fine when I watch this from my pc but when I try to upload it to Facebook (from PC ) the Quality becomes terrible. Do you have any suggestions, please ?

Facebook, like YouTube, re-encodes whatever you load up to it and will often down-grade the quality of your stream based on the speed of your connection.

In other words, all you can do is provide the best 1080p MP4 you can, but any degradation of the video has to do with Facebook and YouTube. Not the file itself.
