Premiere Elements 2019 License Loop

I was just using Premiere Elrments 2019, I went to start a new project because the sound wasn't working, so I decided to close the program and restart it to see if that helped. When I booted it back up, it keeps asking me to enter my serial number although I did this a long time ago already.

Then when I enter it, it just keeps asking for it and won't let me access the program.

Help please, thank you.

Are you signed into your account on the Help Menu?  Try logging out and back in.  If that doesn't work, I would try two things.

First, I would start an online chat session with the Adobe help system.  They can remotely operate and troubleshoot your computer.

If that is not useful, I would uninstall and reinstall Premiere Elements.

I contacted support like you recommended, and they were amazing. Nareej is a beast. Very fluid and swift resolution.

I didn't know you could just contact a support member instantly like that.

I'm extremely happy with my decision to purchase Premiere Elements 2019 from Adobe thanks to this experience, and I'll be happily purchasing future products down the road.

Thank you very much.
