Premiere Elements 2019 Menu Markers

I am using Premiere Elements 2019 and Just realized there is no Menu Marker option.  All I have are options for Timeline and Beat Markers.  Apparently this version is not supported anymore, so does anyone have any ideas?

Are you on a Mac? The Mac version does not include the disc authoring function.
