Premiere Elements 2019 - No Video Preview

Just installed Premiere Elements 2019 - No Video Preview opens when media file is added to timeline. Any suggestions?

Operating System is Windows 7. Thanks.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
