Premiere Elements 2019 randomly crashes to bluescreen Windows 10

Installed Premiere Elements 2019 from web download after buying disk at store.  Computer randomly crashes to bluescreen now.  Mostly while working with Titles in Expert mode.  "Update" in Help menu is greyed out.  Only crashes while in Premiere Elements.  Has never bluescreened in the 10 months it's been running.  Thoughts? 

 

I doubt it's hardware related.

Windows 10 Pro

Intel Core Duo i7-8700K @3.70GHz

64GB Ram

Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 feeding dual monitors

    It could of course be related to the video you're editing. You haven't said anything about the camcorder it from or what format or resolution it is.

     

    Beyond that, this problem is often related to nVidia's driver. Make sure you've gone to their site and downloaded the latest driver from them rather than trusting Windows to deliver it.

     

    But that said, blue screens are extremely rare these days. Premiere Elements might crash and turn itself off, but it's exremely rare to have the whole operating system go down.
