Premiere Elements 2020 won't export

Question

After working normally for a while Premiere Elements 2020 stopped exporting. I had three projects on the go and none of them would export. The program just stopped responding and Microsoft would shut it down. My version of Premiere Elements is 18.0.0.0 and I'm using up to date Windows 10. I phoned the chat room. Prasanjeet (I hope I've spelled his name corrctly) took over my computer. Apparently, the problem was the graphics driver and he solved it.

Outdated graphics card drivers cause more problems than most people would think. That's why updating them is often one of the first things we recommend.
