Premiere Elements 2021 Error message

Installed Premiere Elements 2021 and I now get this error message when shutting down the computer (Microsoft 10). Does anyone know what it is and what I should do? Doesn't seem to affect the Elements performance.

Google search for "0xe06d7363 exception". A variety of articles will explain that it has to do with the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler. A variety of solutions are suggested. What may have happened is that a Microsoft update changed the background software in your computer. See if any of the suggestions make sense. It might be that re-installing Premiere Elements will provide the right version of Microsoft Visual C++.
