Premiere Elements 2021 not working / unresponsive upon closing

Hi everyone,

I have recently downloaded premiere elements 2021 and upon importing files, the programme stops working. The video preview player does not actually load the clip I'm clicking on. When I try to close the programme it crashes and becomes unresponsive.

I am using a laptop with 8GB Ram and using Windows 10.

It is probably a clash with your video driver. Try updating it. If that doesn't work, you can get live online remote help by selecting the Online Support choice in the Help menu.
