I'm trying Premiere Elements 2021 "trial" to verify the compatibility with the GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 in my laptop; the GPU is detected and declared as supported but the check box to select it is disabled.

Click the link I provided... if the card is not in that list, it is NOT supported for GPU acceleration

The GTX750 is supported, my GTX760 is NOT supported, even though it is in the same family

I saw the link and the card [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650] is in the list of supported devices.

OK... that means that once you buy+register the program the card will work

That card is not in the supported list so it won't work for gpu acceleration

ADDED... card IS in the list, sorted by 1st number, not in order by power

Hello John the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 seems to be supported and the software recognize it, but does not permit to use it. I need to understand if is a limitation or not of "trial" versione.
