Premiere Elements 2021 stopped working on MacBook

I have bought few years back the Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 version and it has been working fine. Couple of weeks ago it stopped working, won't start up at all. I had already ordered a new laptop so thought the reason would be my very old MacBook. But now with my new MacBook (with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1.) it still won't work. What is the reason and how to fix this?

Unfortunately Elements 2021 won't work with the Ventura OS.  Apparently, Apple doesn't care about supporting legacy software when it updates its OS.  Microsoft still allows me to use Elements 4 on my Win 10 machine.
