Premiere Elements 2022 does not allow to export videos in HEVC format, only import.

Is already know whether Premiere Elements 2023 will support the export in HEVC?

Thanks

Do you want to export in HEVC?
Use Plugin Voukoder, works with Adobe Premiere Elements:
https://www.voukoder.org/
Voukoder 11.3.2 will be installed in the folder C\Program Files\Voukoder
Plugin Adobe Premiere (min.CS6) 1.11.3 "VoukoderR2.prm" install in a folder C\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 2022\Plug-ins\Common
Additionally, find yourself on Google "libfdk-aac-2.dll" and copy it to C:\Windows\System32 and you will get a very good aac fraunhofer codec in Voukoder:

First of all, those that might know can't and won't say.  Second, I doubt it.  Premiere Elements seems to be aimed at "mainstream" work, not specialty work.  HEVC output is probably not important enough to enough customers for Adobe to put it into Premiere Elements.  Again, until it comes out, nobody knows.

I have been trialing the trial verson of Premiere Elements but have decided to uninstall it and stick with my version of PowerDirectot 17 from 2018 as that supports direct H.265 encoding. Otherwise I would be having to encode my video's twice which would reducde the quality even more. I would have though this software would include a codec that's been around for over 5 years. quite dissapointed really. I was looking for something a bit more current. Guess it isn't this software. I want a version of my software that is not a subscription based which is why I was looking to change.

Why do you want H.265 output encoding?  Other than file size, I don't see the advantage.  My understanding is that the extra compression can make for longer encoding for some computers.
