premiere elements 2022...crash/freeze

hp desktop just bought it 3 months ago, default programs installed so nothing major.

RAM 16gb with 15/7 usable

Intel Core i7-105...CPU @ 1.8GHz  2.3 GHz

Windows 11.

So originally program froze when I tried editing a movie consisiting of 5 videos. Camera used is an ultra s21 but 1080 videos not the 4k. Everything went fine until about 10 mins, then previews would stop showing and dragging anything would disappear, read on thread to lower preview quality so I did. Working better so Im trying something simple just to test and only editing 1 video....adding text to it and while text models are loading program starts slowing down until it crashes and then I get the DVA_PROD_NAME error code sending me to forums. Any idea? Im honestly considering returning this program with so many issues right off instalation.

Many users are having issues with VFR. Use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
Here is a tutorial:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

So Ive YET to resolve this persisting issue, Ive reduced the preview quality on videos while editing, Ive changed the default audio input setting which I read on another thread stating that affects the program as well, Ive reinstalled the program and everything is going smooth until I reach the whole goal of making a video...adding text,  tried kinecticthreelines motion title, typography03 and both crash while editing the video...I dont understand how at this date and age a PHONE CAMERA video is hard for a computer program to edit? Any fresh ideas?

"Any fresh ideas? "

Double check that the Default Audio Input is set to None in Audio Hardware preferences.  And, confirm you have lots of spare disc space for the needed temporary processing files.   Your data dump suggests your camera is shooting in a variable frame rate.  That should work in current versions and works for me, but sometimes it seems to cause trouble.

Also consider starting an online chat with remote access to your computer with Adobe techs here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

That is not a camera, its a phone with a camera function.

Most phone footage is highly compressed and difficult to edit.

Open one of those Samsung clips in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of this report and paste it to this forum.

This will help us determine if the issue is with the media.

It's not likely a resource issue or an issue with the program.
