Premiere Elements 2022 - Crash when trying to start a Project

I have had this problem since I purchased and downloaded it. Premiere Elements 2022 has never worked for me. I hope someone has an answer to my problem.

When I start the video editor and then click on File -> New -> Project, the program loads briefly and then writes an error message.
"DVA_PRODUCT_NAME"
https://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere

If I click on "OK" here, the program closes.

Can someone help me? The program does not work at all and is currently worthless for me.

I got in contact with the chat.

As simple as it sounds... he posted a link for a graphic-driver update. I mean i don't know what happend, because i already did that, but now it works for some reason...

I would like to add this post.  While I am not always getting this error when I start a project, it happens in the middle of a project.  It happens so frequently that I have to save every 30 seconds just so as not to lose what I am doing.  There does not seem a ready way to get chat support for Elements products that I can see, just these message boards.  I have been going in circles trying to get a chat started, but it just takes me in circles.

For me, I get the error when I try to insert some text, when I import some video, or as the afore customer mentions, at the start of a project.  This is the dialog box that pops up just before it crashes.

.

Here are my PC stats as well:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor (24 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 32672MB RAM
Page File: 14004MB used, 23531MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

Card name: AMD Radeon RX 6800
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x73BF)
Display Memory: 32674 MB
Dedicated Memory: 16338 MB
Shared Memory: 16335 MB
Current Mode: 5120 x 1440 (32 bit) (240Hz)
HDR Support: Supported
Driver File Version: 27.20.22025.1006 (English)
Driver Version: 27.20.22025.1006

Any help either in finding out how to start a chat session, or get resolution would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Is there really no support here?!

I mean this is ridiculous, I buy a product for 100€ and can't use it and there is not even a support that helps.

Did you contact Adobe Customer Care, sch3fa?

This is a user to user forum. We can't guarantee to solve all of your issues here.

To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Premiere Pro to the Premiere Elements

You need to provide details for anyone to help
Mac or Windows and exact version of the operating system
CPU brand and model and clock speed
Video adapter brand and model and driver version and amount of video ram
Number and size and type of hard drives
What kind of video are you editing?
-hint 4k video on an underpowered computer will not play well

Windows 10 - Version 21H1 - 10.0.19043 Build 19043

CPU AMD Ryzen 5  - 3600 6-Core

RAM - 16 gig

Hard drive - Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500 GB  (Elements is running on this drive)

Video adapter - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT -  Adapter RAM 1 048 576 Bytes

Driver Version 27.20.14501.18003

I have not edited any video yet. That's the problem. The program crashes as soon as I try to open a new project.

Best is to contact support over chat.
