Premiere Elements 2022 freezes on start

Bought the package Premiere Photo and Video.

Photo works well no problems.

But Premiere Elements just will not start.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall with no effect.

The start up screen freezes with the graphics attached.

Running Windows 10 (64bit) on a Intel I7 with 16Bg ram.

Which graphics card do you have?

Go to the Intel, AMD or nVidia web site and install the latest version of your GPUs firmware and drivers. This usually fixes this issue.
