Premiere Elements 2022 MP4 colors problem.

The colors are all wrong. I've deinstalled, reinstalled, rebooted many times. I didn't have this problem with Premiere Elements 14. See attachments.

That looks like an outdated GPU driver to me. Go to the nvidia, AMD or Intel site and ensure you have all of the latest drivers and firmware, then reboot.

First, I went to HP and downloaded what they had for the Intel UHD620 driver. No change in Premier Elements 2022. Then went to Intel, which had a newer driver (the UHD620 looks like from year 2018) and I got the error code message in the jpeg attachment. Premier Elements 14 is still working no problem. Should I go somewhere else in Adobe to get help?

I agree that it is probably GPU drivers. If it were me, I would start an "online chat" session with Adobe techs. They can remotely troubleshoot your computer.
