Premiere Elements 2022 stuck at 20.0 - was at 20.2 before reinstall

I was having issues with Premiere Elements 2022 hanging, so I hoped that a re-install would help (spoiler alert - it didn't).  When I re-installed, it was at version 20.0, and still is.  How can I get it to update to 20.2 again?  BTW: My original issue was running out of memory (RAM).  I had 8GB installed, but have now upgraded to 32GB.

The version after update will remain 20.0 but the build number will change. New build numer will be '20220201.Git.main.8248e90'. If its not updated, new update will automatically available. (A bell icon will appear beside "Create" menu)

You can also see updates available at "Help > Updates..."

    Are you logged into your Adobe account?  Does "Updates" appear on the bottom of the Help menu?

    You don't say where you got your installation files from. Did you use a DVD or did you download fresh files from the Adobe site?

    I downloaded fresh files from the Adobe site.
    I don’t think I am loggin in while using 5e program, but I will check it
    out.
