Premiere Elements 2022 "unerwarteter Fehler"

Premiere Elements 2022 lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen "wurde unerwartet beendet", auch eine erneute Installation half nichts. Photoshop Elements funktioniert noch. Fehlerbericht wurde generiert, hilft mir aber nicht weiter. Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Please try launching after performing these steps:

Delete folder "20.0" from these two locations and 

1.  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements

2. ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements

Launch Home Screen and Premiere elements

Do you have MacM1 or MacIntel machine?
