I just noticed that now my GPU is used more (GeFore GTX 1080) now than before.

FINALLY - Averages about 40% on export with jumps to 80%

I am happy about that! Thank you

Unless it's a major update (and this isn't) most updates to Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are merely updates to Camera RAW support.
