1. can you burn a show directly to a DVD or Bluray?

2. Can a show be burned to MP4 file?

1. No, the feature has been completely removed.

2. Yes you can export to mp4 and pop it on an e.g. flash drive.

Is there any way to burn a show to a DVD?

Legend

No. Not with Premiere Elements.

However, you can use video from Premiere Elements with a program like TMPG Disc Authoring to create a DVD.
