Premiere Elements 2023

I've had the program for a short time. I've edited about 10 video projects. Everything works without problems. So I wanted to install the Neat video demo into it for a test. I installed it according to the manufacturer's instructions, only after starting it it tells me that I'm missing a codec for playback.

Missing WHAT codec?

Did you ask the 'neat' vendor?

The table does not indicate which codec it is.
The seller only tells me how to install it, nothing more.
I have Windows 10 PRO 64 Bit Operating System

Are you saying that you got a notice that you needed to install a codec BEFORE you even tried to import a video into your project?

If so, the problem is with the installation of the Neat noise reduction tool. It either is not compatible with Premiere Elements or it requires an additional codec which Neat should provide.
