Premiere Elements 2023 not opening

Hello,

I'm using a 14' macbook pro m2 with MacOs 13.3. I installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 but when i click Video Editor, nothing happens, not even an error. Also tried opening Elements Organizer but an error comes up. I read somewhere about trying to create a new user and trying it there. So i did create a new user and installed the Premiere Elements 2023 there and to my surprise it worked with that user. Is there any way i could get it to work in my default user? Thanks!
