Premiere Elements 2023 not opening project files; Program gets stuck at 100% while loading projects

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 this year, and have made all of my projects using this program.

Earlier this month, the program stopped opening the project files I made since purchasing this program.
Program gets stuck at 100% while attempting to load my project files.
Able to select the "Cancel" button, but unable to use the program menus/window, or even close the program, (because it has crashed.)
Only able to close the program using "Task Manager".

Things I have tried without results:
-Clearing temp folder
-Restarting the computer
-Uninstalling and reinstalling the software
-Unchecking Edit>Preferences>general and uncheck Hardware and GPU accelerations.
-Copy and pasting project file to desktop, (as well as other folders,) and opening from there.
-Updating graphics card driver

SYSTEM INFO:
GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
RAM: 32 GB
PROCESSOR: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz

Since this happened, I have thrown together a few quick sample projects-- and yes, I can open reopen those sample projects.. but I have no idea why none of my other projects no longer open.  The project files range in size from 575 to 767 KB.

I hope the community can help me with this, because I have spent nearly two weeks going back and forth with Adobe Customer Support without any results, (unless you count frustration!)

Please let me know if you need additional info, as I really want to resolve this!! Thank you for you time!

UPDATE: ISSUE IS FIXED, AND I AM ABLE TO ACCESS MY PROJECTS AGAIN!

HOW I DID IT:

I made sure all hidden files/folders were visible in Windows Explorer, and went to:

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common

I then MANUALLY deleted everything from both the Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders.

I also re-emptied my Temp folder, for good measure, and was able to open my projects again.

I'll leave this post up in case anyone else has this issue in the future, and just want to thank everyone who messaged me with suggestions! 🙂

Your projects may have become corrupted.

Try making a copy of your backup project (assuming you have backups)  and see if that opens.

I wish I had made backups of them to try that..

I appreciate the suggestion, though.
