Premiere elements 2023 not working

Hi 

my elements 2023 stopped working on Windows 11 Pro.

I have only starting page  and when i click Video Editor 

i have a message : Loading Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Workspace...  and it disapear

Photoshop works ok.  I try reinstall etc. 

 

My 2014 version both Ps and Premiere works fine.  

How can i get help  there is no live support on www.

I had adobe tech support fix the problem.  They renamed C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore to SLStoreold
