Premiere Elements 2023 on M2 Pro

I have the bundle and PhotoShop Elements works fine, but Premiere has never launched. It always crashes on launch. (Yes, I've sent the reports both to Apple and Adobe.) Is this a known problem?

This is a new Mac Mini M2 with the Pro chip. I didn't transfer any of my old apps as I wanted a clean Apple silicone installation for everything available.

No, but now I have. This must be the most useless chat conversation ever 🤯 I can't see anything 'great' in the app crashing at launch

Do you know if you had a real person, or only the chat robot?

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

I don't have a Mac, but I have read that something from Apple called 'rosetta' may be needed

Thanks for quick reply, but I already have Rosetta installed. There are many old apps that require it. However, 2023 version of Premiere Elements should run natively on Apple silicon, but the M2 Pro is a new version of the chip. The first batch was M1.

Have you tried a "chat" session?  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
