Premiere Elements 2023 on MAC M1 MAX - hardware accelerated exports (complete) out of sync

Something new with the 2023 version of Premiere Elemnts on my MAC Book Pro M1 max (24 video cores).

Everytime I try to render my 4K 50p videos fast using the GPU acceleration the exported video is complety out of sync. Sound plays normal and video only in 30fps instead of 50fps (time loop). The files gets 1/3 longer with slow video out of sync. Turning off the hardwre acceleration using software rendering fix it.

I already have a ticket at Adobe support open but I feel they don´t understand me. I sent a lot of samples and screenshots....

Does anyone here also have such problems ? Using Premiere Elements 2023 on Mac Book Pro with M1 ?
