Premiere Elements 2023 Timeline Markers visually cut off

I just installed Premiere Elements 2023 yesterday (I have used previous versions) and the bottoms of all my Timeline markers are visually cut off. It's very hard to select them and I can't right-click them at all. See picture attached. I don't see anywhere I can change the height of the timeline section that contains the markers. Can anyone help?

Mine are also that small.

You can right click on the bar

You cannot do anything with the markers as making a DVD feature has gone.

Thanks for the reply. I can't see where anyone put any thought into this. It's nearly impossible to click on those things now.
