Premiere Elements 2023 - Track (Track from this frame) not working

Hi guys,

 

I've just discovered that tracking objects (Opacity selection) isn't working at all for me, it was ok in 2022.

Re-track doesn;'t work either. Is there anything you can suggest that might help? Any help would be much appreciated.

What are you doing and what's not happening that does happen in version 2022?

 

Also, just to confirm, you are not opening a version 2022 project in version 2023, are you? That can cause things to not work. You need to create a new project in version 2023.
