Premiere Elements 24 Hardware Encoding Unavailable - AMD 7900 XT

Has anyone else encountered this? I have a pretty decent graphics card with 20GB of VRAM but this software doesn't recognize it at all and only allows exporting with software encoding. I have checked every box and still this option is grayed. I purhcased this software to replace other alternatives but without hardware encoding the rendering time is no good. Does anyone have a solution for this?

This is seriously embarassing Adobe. DaVinci Resolve, a free program, is able to render with my GPU with no configuration at all and is rendering the same video over six times as fast. 1h20 in Premiere is 10 in DaVinci. Same hardware. Shameful display of blue team favoritism.

    You are comparing apples to pears.

    Elements is not Pro or Davinci.

      Hardware encoding is only available if you have an intel i gpu.

      AMD has an exact equivalent though... Premiere Pro CC (trial) allows me to hardware encode HVEC on this same hardware so am I to believe Elements simply does not have this functionality because favoritism? Seriously lame.

        Not to mention Intel Media SDK has been discontinued for two years and has been identified as a serious security vulnerability. So Adobe wants me to downgrade to a non-supported Intel device to do something my hardware can do.

          I tried to run GPU Sniffer and I believe this means I can do what I'm trying to do, I tried to add it to the allowedcards file like we used to on CS6 but no luck for me. Not sure if I have the format right.
