Probably depends where you are.  I followed the above link which "discovered" that I'm in Germany & then offers PE 2019 for 98,77 Euro.

If I go to Amazon.de its offered for 49,99 Euro.

Sorry, Hotel***.  I'm in the USA and blindly forgot about the rest of the world.   I'm compelled to add how much I've enjoyed Germany the few times I've been lucky enough to get there.
