Premiere Elements Additional Video Effects ?

Hi Prem El community. I am only new to the forum so apologies if I mess up !

I use Prem Elements v10 on a Windows platform and really like it. Most of the issues I have are with me, not the software. I'm trying to find out if there are additional video effects available for Premiere Elements ? I have loaded the Contents DVD already and the effects there are great, but I'd like to explore more if there are any I can download or purchase. I'm happy to upgrade to newer versions, too, if that gets the result.

    Many of these can be used in Premiere Elements.  Most have free trials
