Premiere elements college license multi user

Can anyone advise me on this.

I find it hard to believe that I can't buy a multi user license for this product as an educational facility.

I've been informed that I can only buy a single user software option (potentially 2 users) for £86.56 and for a class of 20 I would need to buy 10 to 20 copies.

Its not available on my Creative Cloud either, which I find frustrating.

I teach at a media 6th form college and it would be useful to start the level 1 students off on elements and progress to Pro.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed.

    I can't give any direct help, but I do know that one license is for two installs and activations... by the SAME person and as long as both are you in use at the same time... this is the same for Cloud programs and non-Cloud programs with a serial number Licenses and Terms of Use | Adobe

    So if you have 20 computers, you have to buy 20 licenses

    I have NO idea if Premiere Elements offers the option to buy a site license
