Premiere Elements: commercial uses are permitted/allowed?

Hello,

I've read the legal terms (there is a page list with all the products and terms) of use for the Premiere Elements product but I haven't found the answer to my question. Unlike Premiere product, it's a purchase and not a monthly or annual subscription but for the Premiere product (and many others) on the Abode products website, you can choose the offer according to your profile (individual and self-employed, student or teacher, company) and there may be different rights of use.
On the other hand, for Premiere Elements 2024 product, there's only one offer on the site (for a one-person purchase), so you can't choose according to your profile. What are the rights of use for a freelancer/independant? Can we make commercial use of our creation? I only plan to use the software's functions to modify images, videos, content and music resources from outside Adobe (external from the Adobe medias proposed inside/with the Premiere Elements product, media I can modify and share, sell according to their terms of use). Can a freelance/independant (no just an individual) can make commercial use of its creations if they created them with Premiere Elements products? I want to know if it's authorized by Adobe and the Premiere Elements 2024 product because there's no information anywhere (no informations in legal terms contract, no question and appropriate answer in the community and no contact form/email to get the commercial service, the chatbot is no usefull at all and unfit).

I'd like an answer from someone at Adobe company who knows about legal terms and commercial uses of this product and not someone who assumes; an employee of Adobe and not a user, including professional users (named "expert" in the community forum), unless you really know the legal conditions of use.

Thank you for your help.
Note, it's the same issue for the Photoshop Elements 2024 product.

Why in the world would you not be allowed to use Premiere Elements for commercial or any use? I've never heard of a video editor that can not legally be used for some purposes.

>I'd like an answer from someone at Adobe

I did answer your question, by saying that the Adobe employees who post here are support staff

That is support for the programs and the forum itself... not for Adobe legal matters

You may not like my answer, but I don't think you will ever get an answer from an Adobe employee in this forum about legal matters... those Adobe employees have never, from my reading thousands of messages, posted here

Call Adobe using the information I posted

Any Adobe employee who replies here is support staff, and I do not know if they can comment on legalities

You might call Adobe

Hi,
Uncorrect answer.

Where can I find written information about the rights to use Premiere Elements? There are no different offers for different user profiles, unlike other products offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. For Premiere Elements, it's a purchase and there's no information in the terms of the contract (there's common informations to all software and companies selling a product), so we don't know what uses are possible according to profiles. Is there somewhere a more precise document than the generic "terms" contract for this product, as there is no information on the conditions of commercial use, nor information for each user profile (who buys the product)? As with any product, you may want to be informed of your rights as a user before making a purchase, especially if you create your own content.
