Premiere Elements è gratuito con creative cloud?

Buongiorno, scusate la domanda che credo banale, ma non riesco a capire se Premiere Elements fa parte delle applicazioni di Creative Cloud oppure se è un programma a parte e va acquistato.
Grazie di sciogliermi questo dilemma

Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are not part of the Creative Cloud package. They are a separate purchase.

 

They are also a one-time purchase. You pay once and Premiere Elements is yours forever. The Creative Cloud is a subscription and it is only yours as long as you pay the monthly subscription.
