Premiere Elements Export Sound Issue

When using Premiere Elements 2019 I am using time stretch to shorten a clip (x2000 and x 4000%).  When playing back in PE the audio works well at the sped up rate.  After exporting there is no sound in the mp4 file.  This seems to always happen with a high % time stretch.  How do I correct this?

I have no idea why that would happen, all other elements being equal.

And you are using VLC Media Player to play the output file?

If you import your output file into a Premiere Elements project and put it on your timeline, do you see a waveform on the audio track?

Does video that is not sped up export at that setting with sound?

If not, it might be worth trying another video player -- like the great VLC Media Player.

Yes. Other clips in the video that are not sped up at that rate have good sound. Just the high rate time stretch video does not have sound.
