Premiere Elements has lost contact with the folder and files

After a Microsoft update of my new PC, my Premiere Elements has lost all contact with the folders and files that Premiere Elements created previously. My templates that I use are not found. I don't know how to recreate or find the link back to the folders called 25.0

Does Any know how to solve the problem?
