Premiere Elements is expiring: message to contact the Admin

Hi, one year ago I bought the license for Premiere Elements 2020. Everything wroked and it was properly registered. Now I'm getting the message "you license is expiring on 31th August, please contact your administrator". What does it mean? Did they sell me an invalid license?

I attach teh message in italian but it is very clear to understand...

If it were me, I would log on to my Adobe account.  Look at the last couple items on the Help menu.  If it says you are logged in, log out and log back in.
