Premiere Elements is not getting installed

i bought the 2020 adobie photoshop and adobie Premiere i put in the code i got when checkout got to the download page photo shop is working fine but when ever i try to download adobie permiere it pops up as photoshop and say sorry you allready have this app installed all i want it my adobie permiere so i can edit its sad that the one that i use the least is acctually working! any help would be helpful
