Premiere Elements Keyframe Cropping not WYSIWYG

I've been having WYSIWYG issues with keyframing on PE14 where the output doesn't match the preview.

It happened on Windows 10 and 11...

 

Does anyone know what causes this?

Delete the preview files and try again.
