Premiere Elements License Upgrade Version 13 to 2023

Hello.

I have an old version of Premiere Elements (13.0). Could I purchase the License Upgrade to update to 2023, or is this too far a version gap to be valid and would I have to purchase a new full license instead?

To the best of my knowledge, any version of Premiere Elements is eligible for the upgrade pricing.

You only need to provide the serial number when installing if it doesn't automatically detect a previous version is installed.

Are you sure this is going to work with such an old version?

Somewhere down the line you need to provide a serial number.

Besides, if bought from a reseller it's the same price....
