Premiere Elements not installing correctly, crashes during work

I am kinda desperate for help.

I installed Premiere Elements 2018 three days ago, and every time I install it it says that some elements were failed to be installed. When I open the programme, it does work for a while, but I can't play the edited video. Moreover, after doing just the slightest of work-it crashes. In the span of those three days I tried removing and reinstalling the programme about three times, but that didn't help.
