Premiere Elements On Mac OS Mojave

I am having problems with my 32 bit CS5 on the Mojave OS. I can not find how to change it to 64 bit so I am considering purchasing Premiere Elements.

Will it work on a 64 bit system?

I was trying to put over the full picture of my situation.

In an ideal world I want to change my 32 bit CS5 to 64 bit so it will operate after the future Mac updates (currently Mojave) that I am advised will stop supporting 32 bit.
If this is not possible I will consider downgrading to a Premiere Elements to keep viewing my work if PE will work on a 64 bit OS.
Or buy PS CS6 if I can find where to get one
