Premiere Elements - Online Purchase in Malaysia

I am based in Malaysia and wanted to purchase Premiere Elements Online and can't. Anyone know the link ?? Why is Adobe make it so difficult to purchase it online ???

I don't know if Malyasia has a different Adobe store, but here's the link to the main download site.

It's not hard to find. Just type Premiere Elements into the search box at Adobe.com.
