Premiere Elements purchase link doesn't work

I'm trying to buy Premiere Elements which is on sale for $69.99 until June 21, but the link to buy it doesn't work. I've tried rebooting, clearing my cache and even a different browser/computer -- no luck. I also spent an hour on a chat with sales and customer support, but no luck. Does anyone know how to get Adobe to fix the site? Here's the link: https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements.html

    The link to purchase doesn't work for me in Canada. I've spent hours trying to get support to fix this or even recognize that there is an advertised price of US$99.99 for the Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements bundle. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

    That link is working for me now.  Not sure if location matters but I'm in Washington State, USA.

    It does seem to be a dead link.  

    Hopefully someone from Adobe will see your post and fix it.
