premiere elements sign in error (macOS)

Hello everyone. Im having trouble getting the instal to begin in macos

(its the same in photoshop and in premiere elements). I did redownload just in case the first attempt file download was faulty. Everytime I try to instal , I double click,it asks for system manager permission, I type in my device security password, and then it gives me this sign in error message. Any idea how to solve this??
