Premiere Elements Update Error - AUPHD App??

Question

When I tried to update Premiere Elements I get the following error:

"You'll need a new app to open this auphd"

Where do I find this App to open an 'auphd' file, wherever/whatever this is?? Screen capture attached.

Running on Windows 10 with PE 2020 Ver. 18.0 (20190827.daily.1947210)

I have never seen that error here.  The logical thing was to use google.  There seems to be a rare connection to other Adobe app "settings".  Can you first try uninstalling and reinstalling.  If that does not work or if you don't want to, I suggest an online session with Adobe.  Use the Online Support choice in the Help menu.  It will take you to a website were there is an icon in the lower right corner that will start an online "chat".
