Premiere Elements will not launch after install

Question

I bought the Premiere Elements + Photoshop Elements package. Installed and 1st time they both opened and I started my 1st project. When I shut down my computer and tried to start the program the next day, the Premiere elements would not launch. I tried the chat option to get support but no one showed up after a long wait.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I'm quite frustrated and don't have time to play around with trouble shooting. Please help if you can

"Has anyone dealt with this issue?"On this forum, I've not seen anything like you describe. The "chat option" gets busy. Most days it works. Some days there are too many people. How can I help without wasting your time "playing around with trouble shooting"?Sorry about your frustration.
